Time & Location
Saturday January 17,
Doors open at 19:00 & close at 19:30
Antwerp, SPNKD Loft
Step into an evening where rope, art, and intimacy intertwine.
Marie Sauvage joins us at the SPNKD for an exclusive performance that brings her world of sensual restraint and quiet intensity to life. Known for her delicate precision and deep presence, Marie’s style blends erotic tension with aesthetic grace, transforming the act of tying into a moment of sensual connection.
We start the evening with a Performance by Marie. She invites you to witness the dialogue between two bodies ,the tenderness, the trust, the rhythm of control and release. Each gesture is intentional, each knot a line of emotion.
After the performance, the loft opens into a Rope Salon, a social space to meet, explore, and create. Whether you choose to tie, be tied, or simply take in the atmosphere, the salon offers a place to share presence and curiosity within the sensual world of shibari.
The evening is designed to flow naturally, from performance to connection, from observation to experience. Marie may, depending on her energy and the rhythm of the night, engage in spontaneous ties or interactions. If so, approach her with awareness and respect, allow moments to unfold organically rather than seeking them.
The Expert: Marie Sauvage
One of the few women to perform shibari publicly, Marie brings a distinctly feminine presence to this traditionally male-dominated art. Her performances blur the line between eroticism and meditation, where vulnerability becomes beauty and surrender becomes strength.
For Marie, shibari is not about restraint, it’s about trust, awareness, and the quiet power of being seen. Each tie is an act of reverence, each performance a reminder of what it means to feel deeply alive.
Marie Sauvage is a Paris-based shibari artist whose work weaves sensuality, art, and ritual. Trained at Parsons Paris and mentored by Japanese master Hajime Kinoko and Yagami Ren, she transforms rope into a language of connection, sculpting the body with tenderness and precision.
The Model
Eveline was introduced to rope in 2019, drawn in through her background in dance and a fascination with the sculptural quality of bodies in connection.Over the years, she has developed a grounded and diverse modeling practice across studios and workshops in the UK and Europe.
For her, rope is a way to reconnect with physicality, an invitation to listen with intention and move between playfulness, stillness, and the more sensual, shifting edges of emotion. It becomes an attentive conversation, one where she can be guided, held, and fully seen. That quality of presence is powerful to her, a pull back into herself, a quiet kind of homecoming.
Beyond the stage, she is the General Manager of SPNKD, devoted to creating spaces where others can slip into the magnetic pull of rope and discover its transformative charge for themselves.
What to Expect
The evening unfolds in two distinct phases: a guided descent into Marie’s world, followed by an open space for your own rope-centered exploration.

19:45 – 20:30 — Performance by Marie Sauvage We begin together in stillness, witnessing Marie’s intimate dialogue of rope. Her performance sets the tone for the night: attentive, sensual, and rooted in consent.
20:30 – 00:00 — Rope Salon After the performance, the loft opens into a warm, playful, sensual environment. The Rope Salon becomes a living studio where you are welcome to explore rope play in ways that feel aligned for you.

Engage in sensual, erotic rope play: including intimate touch
Be nude if that supports your expression
Explore arousal, energy, and connection
Watch, meet others, or simply enjoy the atmosphere
Please note: Erotic play is allowed, but full genital penetration is not permitted. Within that boundary, you’re invited to be creative, connected, and fully embodied
Rope Etiquette & Safety
If you meet someone you’d like to tie with, begin with a clear check-in:
Consent: What are you each open to; physically, emotionally, erotically?
Risk awareness: Do you understand the risks of the ties you’re planning?
Skill level: Are you working within your capacity?
Boundaries: What are your yes, no, and maybe areas?
Self-advocacy: Can both partners pause or stop at any point?
Move with awareness of your surroundings and maintain explicit, enthusiastic consent at all times. Suspensions are reserved for experienced practitioners who can demonstrate safe technique.
The SPNKD team will be present throughout the night to hold the space, support consent culture, and safety. We may check in regarding skill level, intensity, or risk awareness, this is part of keeping the container conscious.
If you need support, want to signal something, or feel unsure, please reach out to any of our SPNKD Team members. They’re here for you.
