SPNKD Loft is rented for recreative stays. Not for commercial matters.
Please note that every extra person staying and/or visiting at the SPNKD Loft has to be checked in as an extra person upon booking. The person checking in, the party leader, is responsible for all people staying and visiting the SPNKD Loft during the period that was booked and paid for.
Only adults (18+) are allowed in the SPNKD Loft.
Drugs (use, possession and selling of any kind) and prostitution are not tolerated at SPNKD.
No animals are allowed in the building (except guide dogs) unless otherwise agreed with SPNKD.
Please keep in mind the SPNKD Loft is situated in a residential are. Guests using SPNKD Loft should not disturb the peaceful environment of the neighbors and parking area. Please park at the designated parking places.
Use our Loft for your desires, but not for smoking. There’s a smoking area outside on the terrace. If you smoke inside the Loft or tamper with the smoke alarm we will charge you a €200 fee.
Open fires are not allowed. Burning candles is allowed, playing with candles is not. An extra fee of €50 will be charged when cleaning wax from candles is necessary.
When leaving the SPNKD Loft, guests are expected to leave the key inside on the designated place, check whether all the lights are out and the door is properly closed. Main lights will go out by using the ‘X’ button at the exit door.
Please handle the key with care. Loss of the SPNKD Loft key is subject to an extra charge of €50.
The SPNKD guest confirms the knowledge and usage of the tools, materials and devices provided. Please keep in mind, the person checking in, the party leader, is responsible for any injuries to guests caused during the stay in the SPNKD Loft by your fault or by fault of the person(s) that you are responsible of.

The guest should notify SPNKD immediately upon noticing any damage or when something is not functioning as expected in the SPNKD Loft or the rest of the premises during your stay.
SPNKD is not responsible for any loss or damage of items brought in by guests to the SPNKD Loft.
The SPNKD guest bears financial liability for stealing, damaging and/or destroying the SPNKD Loft, the interior, equipment provided and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of the person(s) that you are responsible of.
The cost of damages and theft will be subtracted of the deposit paid upfront. But this does not prevent us from charging extra for serious damage.
SPNKD is not responsible for any injuries to guests and visitors caused during the stay in the SPNKD Loft by your fault or by fault of the person(s) that you are responsible of.
Please keep in mind, the person checking in, the party leader, is responsible for all guests at the SPNKD Loft during the period that was booked and paid for.
SPNKD may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the SPNKD House Rules during the last stay by damaging the SPNKD Loft or by inflicting damage on other guests, SPNKD owners/employees or in other way violated the neighbors property or the functioning of SPNKD.
There is a minibar with water, non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea. Some snacks are provided. All free of charge. Except in case of excessive alcohol consumption, an extra fee will be charged.
Please do not commercially distribute any images taken at the SPNKD Loft without permission of SPNKD.
