About

Every last Wednesday of the month, the loft opens for something more relaxed: a sober salon where mingling, playing, and observing sit side by side. Rope play, creative scenes, BDSM dynamics: the loft is open to all of it. Meet up with friends or make new ones; this space is for socializing, playing, and relaxing. Grab a drink, find a corner, talk to someone new, play with your partner, or watch. There’s no set path for the evening, you decide how close you get. The evening is capped at 26 people.

Included in the ticket price is drinks, snacks a fully equipped playroom. Towels/latex gloves available upon request. phones stay in bags and on silent,

House rules:

  • No penetration
  • No blood play
  • No scat play

Clear communication. Enthusiastic consent. Mutual respect.

Met someone new and want to play?

Meeting someone during the evening and feeling the pull to play is part of what this salon is for. We recommend meeting a person a few times before playing together, so you can gauge if they can name their boundaries clearly. Do they know their own triggers? Are you comfortable with them being semi-responsible for your wellbeing during a scene, and them with you?

But If the vibe is there and you’re keen to play, work through these steps first:

Receiver / bottom / sub:

  • Define your boundaries & name any physical injuries or specificities the giver needs to know
  • Know your own risk profile and possible triggers, and how you’ll process them yourself and together if they come up
  • Check the giver’s state of awareness: under the influence, unwell, on edge? If so, contact Eveline
  • Define your check-in signals for during the scene
  • Define the goal of the scene
  • Define a stop word
  • Define your aftercare

Giver / top / dom:

  • Define your boundaries, and name any specificities the receiver needs to know
  • Know your own risk profile, and listen closely to the receiver’s: ask if you’re unsure
  • Check that the receiver is acting from full awareness and integrity, not people-pleasing; the clearest tell is someone claiming they have no limits at all
  • Watch for nervous-system overload: fawn, freeze, flight, fight. Stop the scene immediately if it appears. If so, alert Eveline
  • Stay attentive to the receiver’s physical wellbeing throughout
  • Define the goal of the scene
  • Define check-in signals for during the scene
  • Define a stop word
  • Define your aftercare

We assume anyone playing has read the above and knows how to apply it.

Who is this for?

Individuals & couples welcome; a low-threshold way to meet likeminded people and get to know the SPNKD loft. All genders, sexualities, bodies, and constellations belong here.

This is a self-governing evening. Come consent-aware: know your own boundaries, give and receive a “no” without shame, and take responsibility for when to engage, pause, or ask for support from Eveline or a SPNKD team member.

Discover

The loft: A bathroom that doubles as a changing room, several cozy corners to settle into, and a full toolrack (ropes, impact implements, a set of restraints) available to use. Bring your own tools if you’d rather work with your own. Four suspension points, a bondage daybed, and a wet zone round out the loft. Towels are available on request.

Timings:

  • Arrival: doors open at 18u30, doors close at 19u
  • Salon: 18u30 to 23u
  • Last call: a bell rings at 22u30, marking 30 minutes to close
  • Close: 23u

What’s not allowed: Acts of penetration; oral, vaginal, anal, or otherwise are not part of this evening’s structure.. Eveline will step in if she notices this taking place. We encourage creative play that steers away from the escalator to orgasm; the loft is a playground, enjoy it! Blood play and scat are also not allowed. The salon is for socializing, playing, and relaxing.

How this differs from a Private Play Evening: Private Play Evenings are reserved for established couples or duos with a semi-established BDSM dynamic, built on trust, and versed in playing consciously (consent, boundaries, risk profiles). The Soft Social Salon is open to individuals and couples alike, sober, and built equally around mingling and play, not play alone.

Your Host: Eveline

General manager of SPNKD and long-standing community member, Eveline hosts the evening alongside a SPNKD team member. She’s passionate about creating containers for exploration and adult play, and felt there was a gap: real-life spaces that actually encourage community. In a world quick to trade real connection for parasocial substitutes, Eveline built this evening as its counterpoint, a comfortable, soft setting where adult play and in-person community are both welcome, and neither has to explain itself.

She won’t be playing tonight; she’s there to keep the evening running and to answer anything about the SPNKD universe. She’ll keep an eye and an ear on the room, but consent stays your responsibility, not hers to police.

Dresscode

Relaxed and the dress code reflects it: leave your shoes at the door and come as you are. Room to change is available if needed. Nudity is welcome.
