Couples Workshop - Deepening your connection through communication
Beginners
– EMBRACE –
This workshop is for couples who want to move beyond surface-level consent and into deeper, more attuned connection. It’s for those who long to feel fully seen, heard, and accepted — and who are ready to explore the nuanced spaces between safety, desire, and honest communication.”>
This workshop is an afternoon experience for couples who want to move beyond functional communication and into deeper, more emotionally attuned connection. It’s designed to help you speak more honestly, listen more openly, and navigate moments of vulnerability with care — not defensiveness or disconnection.
We all long to feel safe, seen, and desired — not just physically, but emotionally. Yet even in loving relationships, the ways we communicate can become shaped by habit, assumptions, or fear of conflict. This workshop offers a space to gently interrupt those patterns, and to re-learn how to speak and listen from the heart.
Together, we’ll explore how to create safety beyond consent — a kind of relational safety that allows for full presence, deep trust, and shared curiosity. Through a mix of guided practices, experiential exercises, and structured conversations, you’ll learn how to name your desires without guilt, say no without creating distance, and stay close even when the conversation is difficult.
It’s a space for realigning, rediscovering, and reconnecting – not by fixing your relationship, but by meeting each other more fully as you are
No alcohol will be served. Phones will be off or put away for the duration to protect presence and privacy. The workshop will be held in English or Dutch, depending on the preferences of the participants.
Discover
What authentic communication feels like in your body – not just what to say, but how to say it with presence and clarity
How to ask for what you really want – without feeling demanding or afraid of rejection
How to hear “no” without taking distance – and how to say “no” without guilt
How to move through moments of disconnect – spotting the subtle signs that you or your partner are withdrawing, and gently returning to connection
How to redirect when something doesn’t feel good – without shutting down the moment or abandoning your needs
How to bring up small irritations – early, kindly, and constructively, before they build into resentment

Dresscode
There’s no need to dress up or down – the focus is on comfort, presence, and participation.
We invite you to wear whatever helps you feel grounded and at ease: soft layers, cozy clothes, or whatever you’d wear to sit, move, and reflect comfortably for a few hours. If you feel drawn to wear something that connects you with your sensuality, power, or playfulness, you’re absolutely welcome to – but it’s completely optional.
This is a learning space, not a play party, so come as you are. Your presence is what matters.
