CLUB SPNKD is a sex-positive environment grounded in consent, respect, and mutual care.
All bodies, gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship styles are welcome. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or exclusionary behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. There is no obligation to engage in any form of interaction. Observing, dancing, socializing, or remaining private are equally valid ways to participate.
Consent is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Consent must be:
Silence, hesitation, pressure, or intoxication do not constitute consent. If consent is unclear, all interaction must stop immediately. If consent is withdrawn, activity must cease without discussion or resistance. Any violation of consent may result in immediate removal from the event.
Guests are responsible for clearly communicating and respecting boundaries

Play zones are optional areas designated for consensual adult interaction. Entry is restricted to duos, couples, or trios who have clearly discussed consent and boundaries prior to entering. The play zones are not spaces for soliciting partners.
SPNKD crew members are present to monitor safety and compliance. Guests must follow all instructions given by crew or venue staff.

Any activity deemed unsafe, non-consensual, or disruptive will be stopped immediately. The organizers and venue are not liable for personal choices made by guests during the event. Guests participate at their own risk.
Towels and wipes are provided. Guests must leave the space clean and hygienic after use.
This is a phone-free dance environment.
Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the dance hall and play zones. Any unauthorized recording will result in immediate removal.
A designated photo-booth outside the dance hall is available for voluntary use. A professional videographer may capture general atmosphere footage. No identifiable intimate interactions will be recorded. Guests agree to respect the confidentiality of the event and its participants.
Guests are responsible for managing their alcohol consumption. If alcohol use impairs a guest’s ability to communicate clearly, understand boundaries, or provide informed consent, participation will be stopped. Excessive intoxication may result in removal from play zones or from the event entirely for safety reasons.
CLUB SPNKD operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal substances. The possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Any guest found in possession of illegal substances will be removed from the event immediately.
Crew members and venue staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest suspected of drug-related activity.
