About

Kink can be electric, liberating, and deeply intimate – but it can also stir up confusion, miscommunication, and mismatched expectations. Especially when you’re exploring play with multiple partners, navigating polyamory, or forming connections outside traditional romantic norms, the emotional terrain can get complex. This workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and design your dynamics with greater awareness, skill, and care.

Instead of relying solely on chemistry or trial-and-error, we’ll explore how to intentionally shape kink connections that feel nourishing, aligned, and drama-free – whether you’re building a one-time scene, deepening a power exchange, or juggling layered relationships and play partnerships. This space welcomes those walking the path of ethical non-monogamy, solo poly, relationship anarchy, or anyone creating intimacy on their own terms.

Together, we’ll examine the invisible scripts we carry about love, dominance, submission, and control – and how they influence the dynamics we create. This is not about rigid rules or prescriptive roles. It’s about expanding your relational capacity, refining your consent skills, and crafting dynamics that truly reflect your values and desires.

No alcohol will be served. Phones will be off or put away for the duration to protect presence and privacy. The workshop will be held in English or Dutch, depending on the preferences of the participants.

Discover

  • From Chemistry to Compatibility: Learn to recognize the difference between raw attraction and long-term alignment – and how to build dynamics that last.
  • Unpacking Connection Scripts: Explore how culture and past experiences shape your expectations around kink, roles, and relationships.
  • Designing Your Dynamic: Tools to clarify what you want, name your needs, and co-create kink containers that feel safe, sexy, and sustainable.
  • Relational Self-Awareness: Understand your true capacity, set clearer boundaries, and honor your energy – without guilt or confusion.
  • Navigating Autonomy & Intimacy: Practice shifting between closeness and independence with more ease, especially in emotionally charged or power-based dynamics.
  • Skillful Conversations: Build language for expressing desires, limits, and agreements with clarity and care.
  • Avoiding Burnout & Resentment: Recognize early signs of misalignment and learn how to course-correct with compassion.

This workshop isn’t about being perfect or having all the answers. It’s about building the clarity and confidence to engage in kink that is connected, conscious, and uniquely your own.

Structure & Safety

This workshop will include structured sharing exercises in pairs, designed to help you go deeper in a grounded, private way. These pair exercises support group safety and connection, and are particularly valuable for hearing new perspectives – especially when you’re not partnered with someone you know. That said, you always choose your own comfort level: couples can stay paired together throughout if that feels right, and consent will be a foundational cue throughout the workshop. You’ll never be pushed to share beyond your boundaries.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for individuals and couples – whether you’re new to kink or looking to deepen your practice with more emotional skill and intentionality.

It’s especially supportive for those who:

  • Are exploring kink beyond a primary partner or in a new relational structure

  • Want to communicate more clearly around limits, needs, and desires
