About
“I have no philosophy: I have senses…”
—Fernando Pessoa
Join me on a guided erotic exploration of the sensory landscape! This playful, immersive workshop welcomes you to discover, tantalize, and titillate each other’s bodies and senses through a variety of playful techniques, toys, and tools.
Tools, toys & techniques
Heated massage oils, hot wax, ice cubes, blindfolds, feathers, clips, and pinwheels, are some of the many items on the menu. In addition, we’ll play with concepts such as sensory deprivation vs. overload and ways to create anticipation and build arousal and tension using elements like distance, pace, and speed.
Sensory Play
This workshop is about a lot more than learning how to apply tools and techniques. It’s an invitation to conjure the sensualist within and find new ways to seduce, touch, and connect with your partner to take your (for)play and intimacy to new heights.
What is sensualism?
To be a sensualist means to be mindful, and to be mindful is all about being body-full; to be fully in our bodies, and to experience the richness of every moment, in connection with ourselves and others. Sensualism asks you to leave abstract and intellectual pursuits behind—at least for the time being—and immerse yourself in your senses.
How you will learn
I will demonstrate and go through the various techniques and concepts, followed by guided exercises, so you’re prepared to safely continue your explorations at home. In the second half of the workshop, I’ll lay out the whole sensory buffet and invite you to indulge in open play under my supervision. I’ll be available to guide and offer help and suggestions throughout.
Who is it for
This workshop is intended for couples and/or play partners. Beyond that, I aim to create and hold an inclusive, safer space where all sexes, genders, orientations, ages, and bodies are welcome.
The Teacher: Ena Dahl
A sensualist above all, Ena is a multidisciplinary creatrix working as a conscious kink educator, sensuality coach, bodyworker and author, facilitating workshops, giving private sessions, and writing for various sex-positive publications and platforms. With a background in communication design, Ena has always been a creative storyteller, but a major life event in 2017 led her to discover the world of kink and BDSM, through which she reconnected with her own sexuality and went on to change her career. Since then, she’s been on a mission to help others channel the vast potential of their sexual energy, to be more present in their bodies; to become sensualists.
Dress code
Wear something comfortable, light, and sensual. Partial nudity is welcome, and also practical in exercises that involve oils, wax, ice, etc, yet we ask that underwear remain on. Please bring a personal towel.
