At SPNKD we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with any non-custom product you have purchased or you change your mind and wish to return the non-custom product to us just let us know by contacting us through this webpage or by e-mailing us and we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. You must do this by no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the relevant product. Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, you must return that product to us in its original condition within 14 days.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please note that any product you return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you send your product back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.
If you cancel an order and return a product as described above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the product in question not including any additional amount you paid for delivery. SPNKD has the right to charge for damage or other loss of value to the product resulting from excessive handling or use of the product prior to its return to us.
Please note that, unless faulty, products which have been custom made to your specification cannot be returned.

Minor deviations and deviations that are generally considered acceptable in respect of the quality, size, color, finishing, etc. of products cannot be avoided or are difficult to avoid and do not constitute a well founded reason to submit a complaint. Such complaints, and complaints regarding the removal of certain products from the Website, are not well founded.
SPNKD reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the SPNKD website at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by SPNKD.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount shipping fees will apply.
Belgium & Netherlands: free shipping as from €50
Other EU countries: free shipping as from €250
Non EU countries: free shipping as from €500
All products purchased through the Website are covered by a 2-year warranty, commencing from the date of sale.
Please note that leather is a product that softens with use. Also colouring may fade over time and scratchers are part of or can appear on the product.
Please keep your personal safety into account when using our products. We are not liable for personal injury (or death) caused by the use of our Products.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. We will not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions of Terms and/or your use of the Website , shall be governed by Belgian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
